The answer to that is just what you'd expect: trinkets and mysteries. 

Once this little bird, played by Skyler Wexler, makes her way into the castle, things take a dark and creepy turn quite quickly. If you're a fan of producer Guillermo del Toro, you know just what to expect and you'll definitely be pleased with the film's visually stunning imagery. 

The Captured Bird won the Audience Choice Award for Best Short Film at the 2012 FanTasia International Film Festival. It also won Best Short Film at the Grossman Fantastic Film Festival.
